Stainless steel woven wire mesh,stainless steel wire mesh ,stainless steel wire cloth ,it is a very common type of wire mesh fabricated with stainless steel wire ,for big apertures usually know as stainless steel crimped mesh, crimped wire screen ,small apertures know as wire cloth , For material grade of T304 and T316 is very common and popular .

Material :Aisi 304, 304L, 316, 316L.
Fabrication type : plain weave, twill weave, dutch weave .
Mesh per line inch : 1- 635mesh(plain & twill) , 12/64mesh to 400/2800mesh (dutch)
Standard width :1000mm ,1220mm , 1535mm ,max 5meter .
Standard length : 30m

Different weave types of Wire Mesh .

Plain Weave
Plain Weave is the basic weave type for wire mesh.The warp wire that establish the length of the wire mesh roll and the weft wire, parallel to the width, go through the weft wires up and below, forming a 90° angle square or rectangular opening , max mesh upto 400meshs per line inch.
Twill Weave 
In the Twilled Woven Wire Mesh, the wires of the weft and the warp intercross two above and two below, inverting the intersections of the warp wire at an established distance, obtaining a rigid, stable and robust type of wire mesh fabric ,normally when plain weave fabrication is difficult because of big guage wire ,people turn to twill weave ,max mesh to 635 meshs per line inch.
Dutch weave
Dutch woven wire cloth is popularly used as filter cloth with micron openings. Stainless steel Dutch woven wire cloth normally goes from 12/64mesh to 400/2800mesh ,there are plain dutch and twill dutch two types of weave , twill dutch for higher filtration demand ,available in minimum openings .
